Spacious rooms and a high degree of comfort by individual furnishing and comfortable amenities characterize our apartments.
Our apartments on first and second floor offer two separate rooms on 50 m² - plenty of space to live, work and sleep: There is a living room with sofa and armchair as well as a dining area with fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and desk and a bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer.
Four apartments on first floor have large roof terraces. Other apartments with different floor plans and living areas of 43 m² to 63 m² are located on ground floor and have also terraces.
