Studios
Spacious rooms and a high degree of comfort by individual furnishing and comfortable amenities characterize our studios.
Our studios on third floor have the same features as the apartments, but combine living, working and sleeping on 45 m²: They offer a double bed, desk, sofa and armchair, a dining area and attached fully equipped kitchen.
The bathroom is equipped as in the apartments, in addition, a small balcony is available and many windows provide a bright and friendly atmosphere.
Other studios with living space of 32 m² to 39 m² are located on ground floor and offer the same equipment, but mostly have comfortable chairs instead of a sofa and some have a terrace.
